Ingredients
1 Kilo Pork Ribs
5 - 6 Garlic Cloves
1 Medium Size White Onion
2 - 3 Thumbs Ginger
3 - 4 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 Pork Cube
2 Tbsp. Sugar
295ml. Sprite (Lemon Soda)
1 - 2 Cups Water
Red and Green Chilies
1 - 2 tbsp. Spring Onion
Cooking Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions
- Start with boiling the pork ribs for at least 5 minutes to remove scum and impurities.
- Sear the pork ribs and set aside.
- Saute ginger, onion, garlic and the seared pork ribs.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, ground black pepper, pork cube and mix.
- Pour in lemon soda and add water. Cover and bring to a boil until the pork ribs are tender.
- Adjust the heat to high and reduce the sauce.
- Add red and green chilis and spring onions.
