Ingredients
12 pcs. Longganisa
500 grams Fettuccine or Spaghetti
6 Cloves Garlic
1 Medium-sized Onion
2-3 Tbsp. Butter
1-2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
115g Mushrooms
80g Black Olives
370ml Evaporated Milk
250ml All Purpose Cream
2-3 Tbsp. Basil
1/2 Cup Water for Sauce
3 Liters Water for Pasta
3-4 Tbsp. Grated Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions
- Prepare the ingredients and remove the longganisa meat from the skin.
- Saute onion and garlic in butter and olive oil.
- Add the longganisa and cook until color turns to brown.
- Add the mushrooms and olives.
- Add the all purpose cream and evaporated milk.
- Add 1/2 cup of water and cover until sauce thickens.
- Add basil and grated cheese.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook the pasta for 10 minutes in boiling water with salt until al dente. Disregard the water.
- Mix the cooked pasta and sauce. Serve and enjoy!
